What MemberX Does

Account Information

  • Password (stored hashed & salted; never in plain text)
  • Profile basics (e.g., display name, avatar if provided)

Purchase & Coins

  • Purchase tokens/receipts from Google Play Billing (to validate purchases)
  • Coin balance, spend and earn history

Usage & Device Data

  • App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, performance data
  • Device info (model, OS version, language, country/region)
  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., AAID) for ads/rewards
  • IP address (for security, anti-fraud, and regional settings)

Support

  • Messages you send to support, including attachments you choose to share

We do not collect payment card numbers. Purchases are processed by Google Play.

Ads & Analytics

MemberX may use ad networks to show rewarded ads. We may also use analytics to understand feature usage and improve stability and performance.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize information.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us to remove it.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
